Luke 22:39-40 Jesus went out as usual to the Mount of Olives, and his disciples followed him. On reaching the place, he said to them, “Pray that you will not fall into temptation.”

1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
What good news is in this story?
The temptation to doubt God faces us every moment of every day. Like Jesus, we need to learn to face and overcome temptation.
Temptation is not sin, but failing to pray about temptation is likely to result in sin.
